Castle Web Services

1. Fees
   Castle Web reserves the right to change its fees or institute new fees at any time upon thirty (30) days prior notice via e-mail, fax, or letter.

2. Payment
   All standard services must be paid for in advance. Setup fees must be paid prior to enabling of service. Monthly fees are billed quarterly and must be paid two weeks before the beginning of each calendar quarter.

3. Non-payment
   In the event of non-payment, any breach of this agreement, or for any other reason within the sole discretion of Castle Web, Castle Web shall have the right to terminate a client's services without notice.

4. Copyrighted Material
   The client specifically agrees not to upload, post, or reproduce in any way materials protected by copyright without the permission of the copyright holder.

5. Non-assignable
   This agreement is not assignable or transferable without express written consent of Castle Web.

6. Lawful Purposes
   Castle Web's hosting services may only be used for lawful purposes. Transmission of any material in violation of any U.S. or any State's regulation is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, copyrighted material, material legally judged to be threatening of obscene, material protected by trade secret, or material that is in any way a violation of intellectual property laws.

7. Indemnification of Castle Web
   The client specifically agrees to indemnify and hold Castle Web harmless in any legal action which arises as a result of your use of our service, without limitation or exception. This indemnification extends to all issues associated with your service, including, but not limited to, domain name selection, system performance, and web site content.

8. Right to Refuse Service
   Castle Web reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone at any time, at its sole discretion.

9. Legal Investivations
   The client agrees that we have the right and responsibility to cooperate fully in any legal investigation regarding any aspect of our services, including services sold to you. Use of our system to engage in software piracy or similar violations will result in account suspension and an immediate report to the SPA and appropriate local authorities.

10. Ohio Law
    The agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties hereto. The terms and conditions of this agreement shall be interpreted and enforced pursuant to the laws of the State of Ohio.
