Castle Web Mailing List
Customers of Castle Web are automatically added to the Castle Web Operations e-mail list. You will be notified of all scheduled maintenance and upgrades well in advance. Our goal is to keep you fully informed about anything that might impact the performance or availability of your services.
Emergency Pager
Customers can reach us 24 hours a day using a special e-mail account that delivers messages to our technical support team via alpha-numeric pager.
Spam
If you tried to send an e-mail to a Castle Web managed e-mail address and you received an error message indicating that your mail is not accepted, it's because of our anti-spam measures. We employ very agressive anti-spam mail gateways. If you feel you received such a message in error, please print out your e-mail message along with the error (so we can see clearly the full Internet e-mail headers) and send it via the U.S. Post Office to the address shown above. Please indicate why you feel it was in error.
