Castle Web offers a sophisticated web-based chat environment. Using custom-written programs, the Castle Web chat environment gives you complete control over the content allowed (via a customizable profanity filter) and users who have access (users can be banned).

Knight Chat Room
Price: $25 setup, $25 a month
If basic chat is all you need, the Knight Chat Room offers one chat room and an unlimited number of users. All chat messages are logged to a transcript file in HTML that is cycled each day. You have control over unacceptable language, room resetting, and user banning.
Queen Chat Room
Price: $50 setup, $50 a month
If you need more than one chat room, the Queen Chat Room service offers three rooms, each with an unlimited number of users. Each chat room generates its own HTML-based transcript. You have control over unacceptable language, room resetting, and user banning.
King Chat Room
Price: $100 setup, $100 a month
With five rooms and the ability to create a special events room, the King Chat Room offers everything most companies will need to support their chat requirements. You have control over unacceptable language, room resetting, and user banning.
